As founder, Jason has more than 25 years’ experience in managing technology, data and business transformation across numerous sectors including Housing, Financial Services, Retail, and Not for Profit. He has worked within social housing since 2018 and regularly supports Executive teams and Boards through fractional CIO advisory and coaching.
Gina Parker
Gina is an accomplished financial services leader with 30 years of experience in operations, client service, and relationship management. With expertise in business transformation, risk management, and operational frameworks, Gina oversees Incito’s business support activities.
Barry McNulty
Barry has worked as a senior leader across data and analytics roles over the last 10 years, and is comfortable across all aspects of data management – from data architecture to metadata management. He provides data management strategy, delivery, and leadership services including the implementation of both technology and cultural changes from data strategy roadmaps.

Brett is an Enterprise Architect and fractional CTO with over 20 years’ experience across a wide range of industry sectors. As a technologist he excels in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions to solve problems, improve processes, and drive positive change within organisations.

Leanne has worked within not-for-profit and housing sectors for nearly 10 years. Her experience includes operational management of housing services and business analysis. She is qualified in Human Centred Service Design and blends a creative and pragmatic approach to create seamless experiences for customers and end users.
Helena Hutchinson
Helena is an experienced People Services Consultant, trainer, facilitator, coach and mentor working with clients across a range of sectors including social housing, sport, education and hospitality. She has 30 years’ experience split between corporate and operational services including at executive director level in people services, organisational design and development, transformation sponsorship, communications, and facilities.
Tamsin Anastasi-Pace
Tamsin is an experienced digital strategist and transformation leader with a strong track record of delivering complex programmes across multiple sectors. She specialises in designing and executing change initiatives that encompass all facets of the organisation, from evaluating the readiness of people and technology to overseeing training and adoption. Tamsin is a Chartered Manager and a strong community advocate serving as a trustee, volunteer and mentor.

Richard Saunders
Richard has over 20 years’ experience working on data and technology projects across Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Housing and Local Government. He is a specialist in data management, quality and governance and has worked with various housing associations and Local Authorities.

David is an experienced Technology and Cyber Security leader. Guiding businesses and IT providers, for over 20 years, helping them realise their goals through effective management of technology and people.
